We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive cooking experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

  Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Create and implement menus
    
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
    
  • Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
    
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
    
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    
  • Manage conflict responsibly
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Set schedule is Tuesday and Saturday
      
    • Must be able to work with no supervision
      
    • Must have great organizational and have excellent time management skills
      
    • Proven leadership skills
      
    • Extensive cooking experience
      
    • Experience with from scratch cooking
      
    • Able to work weekends and holidays as required
      
    • Ability to work in stressful environments
      
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
