You’ll Be Doing This isn’t just about managing repair orders and
scheduling appointments. This is relational, high-ticket
consultative sales —where you’ll help customers understand their
vehicle needs and confidently guide them toward solutions that
protect their investment and their safety. Greet customers with
warmth and professionalism Educate customers on findings and
recommended services with confidence Handle inbound leads and
walk-ins with urgency and clarity Collaborate with technicians to
ensure accurate and efficient workflow Close high-value repair
