About the Job


This position is part-time and will support the teaching mission of the DBA program of the Carlson Global Institute (CGI) at the Carlson School of Management. The Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program is a PhD program. Course topics could include the following: Global Branding, Mergers and Acquisitions, Data Analysis, Global Accounting, Global Talent Management, Management of Headquarters.
Courses are primarily offered in person over the course of a weekend in China. Duties and responsibilities include course material preparation (i.e., syllabus, handouts, homework assignments, quizzes, exams, etc.); course readings selection, course delivery, course grading.

Qualifications


Senior Lecturer: Terminal degree plus 10 years of related industry and/or academic experience OR master's degree plus 15 years of related industry and/or academic experience.
