seeking a high-impact leader to own and advance our Enterprise IT

portfolio that delivers it. This role leads a specialized team and
partners across technology, risk, audit, and security to modernize
how compliance is embedded into daily operations—delivering
scalable, audit-ready outcomes aligned to COBIT and FFIEC. You will
define the portfolio roadmap, prioritize initiatives by value and
ROI, and drive a governance-engineering approach that embeds
controls, automated evidence, and quality checks directly into
ServiceNow workflows—enabling continuous audit readiness, better
data quality, and measurable risk reduction. As a visible
technology leader, you will shape how thousands of employees
operate within a top financial services organization, reinforcing
resilience, trust, reliability, and responsible service with
cross-organizational partners. Success requires vision, technical
execution, and change leadership to influence behaviors, increase
adoption of standardized service offerings, and embed governance
into how work gets done. Key responsibilities Define and deliver
the ITAM Governance framework and vision aligned to COBIT and FFIEC
requirements. Implement and execute end-to-end ITAM workflows
across the ServiceNow ecosystem (e.g., ITAM, ITSM, ITOM),

portfolio, including intake, prioritization, multi-quarter roadmap,
and cross-team dependency management. Lead portfolio execution
rhythms (planning, status, risk/issue management, executive
updates) to ensure timelines, quality, and compliance outcomes are
met. Embed controls, automated evidence collection, and quality
checks into ServiceNow workflows to enable continuous audit
readiness. Perform financial and value analysis (e.g., ROI, cost
avoidance, risk reduction) to inform investment and prioritization
decisions. Monitor and report KPIs and KRIs for asset controls
compliance; translate insights into measurable risk-reduction
actions. Represent IT Asset Management governance with
cross-functional leadership, risk forums, and steering committees.
Identify regulatory, operational, and delivery risks; recommend
process, product, or service improvements. Lead organizational
change management and adoption strategies to drive standardization
and sustained use of delivered solutions. Partner across
technology, risk, audit, and security to sustain control
effectiveness and improve outcomes. Lead and develop a
high-performing team through clear goals, performance management,
and career development. Basic Qualifications (required) Bachelor's
degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of relevant
experience Additional Qualifications 10 years leading strategic
initiatives within highly regulated environments (e.g., financial
services, healthcare, or similar). 3 years of hands-on experience
designing or operating end-to-end workflows on the ServiceNow
platform (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM, and/or related capabilities). 3 years’
experience in the IT Asset Management domain. Proven end-to-end
program or portfolio leadership delivering measurable operational,
financial, and/or risk-reduction outcomes. Experience translating
policy and standards into executable processes and embedded
controls. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and
adoption, including challenging the status quo when required.
Experienced people leader with a track record of developing talent
and scaling execution through teams and operating rhythms. Strong
cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to influence
without direct authority across IT, risk, audit, security, and
business teams. Executive-level communication skills, with the
ability to clearly articulate vision, progress, and value. Ability
to apply data and/or AI-enabled analysis to improve insight,
workflow efficiency, and control effectiveness. Familiarity with
