Assist senior technicians in the removal and installation of auto glass. Learn the proper techniques for handling and disposing of auto glass. Ensure compliance with all Safelite safety procedures and guidelines during installation. Use Safelite’s innovative tools and technology under supervision to repair or replace vehicle glass. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clear communication with customers and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs. Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Capability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
