Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is
available for the current academic year, offering an engaging
opportunity to support students from kindergarten through 12th
grade. This contract role focuses on delivering comprehensive
speech and language therapy services within a single building
setting for a full caseload. Key Responsibilities: Provide
speech-language evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and
therapy sessions for 30-40 students across K-12. Collaborate with
educators and staff to implement effective communication strategies
in a classroom setting. Maintain detailed records and documentation
in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student case
discussions to support overall educational goals. Qualifications:
Valid SLP license with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred. Open to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows
(SLP-CFs); SLPA candidates are not considered. Experience or
coursework related to school-based speech-language pathology
services. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and work
independently in a school environment. Schedule and Location:
Contract duration: Immediate start through June 4. Weekly hours:
36.25. One building assignment: either North Education Center or
South Education Center in the Minneapolis metropolitan area.
