Job Description:

customers live and work. As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be
pivotal in advancing our manufacturing capabilities. You will
harness your expertise to design, implement, and optimize advanced
control systems that drive the automation of our high-quality
window and door production lines. This role requires a dynamic
blend of technical prowess and creativity to contribute to our
mission of transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary
environments. Design and develop automated control systems for
manufacturing processes. Implement and optimize PLC programs and
human-machine interfaces (HMIs). Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to integrate control systems with existing manufacturing
technologies. Provide technical leadership and guidance in the
troubleshooting and resolution of complex automation issues.
Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements to improve
reliability, efficiency, and quality. Manage projects from
conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within
budget constraints. Stay abreast of the latest in control
technology and integrate innovative solutions to maintain industry
leadership. Proficiency in PLC programming and configuration,
especially Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar. Strong understanding
of SCADA systems, HMI, and network configurations. Experience in
robotics, sensor integration, and motion control. Proven ability to
read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving with a meticulous
approach to project management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE)
license preferred. Certified Automation Professional (CAP) by the
International Society of Automation (ISA) is a plus.
