Our client is looking for a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Project manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.Client DetailsOur client is a premier General Contractor located in the Twin Cities, currently involved in numerous high profile projects in the commercial and retail space. • Provide project leadership and establish, implement and support a proactive project safety culture
• Manage the development and review of bid packages to procure competitive subcontract proposals
• Manage job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure that the project goals are met
• Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
• Lead the management of cost reporting including but not limited to contracts, purchase orders, and scope revisions to achieve defined project goals
• Ensure overall financial health of the project and project forecasts
• Represent our client in the subcontract negotiationsProfile
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • Strong background ground up construction projects
  • Experience with commercial or retail construction
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Offer
    • Base salary of $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience
