Birchwood Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for a dedicated and passionate New Graduate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our growing team.Birchwood Health Care Center is home to seniors requiring TCU (Transitional Care Unit) Care and Long-Term Care. We are in Forest Lake, near North Shore Dr and Forest Lake. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979 and are part of Senior Care Communities, a local non-profit supporting seniors.Schedule: FT or PT, PMs or Noc Shift AvailableRN Wage: $37.50-42.50/hourLPN Wage: $29.50-$35.00Shift Differential: $2.00 for PMs & $2.50 for NOCsSign on Bonus: $2,500 for FT, $1,250 for PT This only applies to PM & NOC ShiftsAre you compassionate towards others? Our RN's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community.In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Nursing while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.
