Job Description:
This Physical Therapist role involves evaluating and treating
patients with various functional impairments/disorders.
Effectively assesses patient performance and develops personalized
therapy plans aligned with physician orders.
Monitors patient progress, updates treatment plans, and provides
therapy treatments.
Coordinates care with other healthcare providers and educates
patients and families about impairments and interventions.
Evaluates outcomes post-discharge and documents evaluations, care
plans, and progress.
Qualifications include current NJ PT license; outpatient experience
preferred; new grads welcome.
