Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP preferred, STABLE preferred Must-Have: - Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR) utilization - AIDET and hourly rounding Description: Clinicians will be requested to sign an attestation to confirm they are aware of required practices. 13 weeks of work scheduled as 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts. Every other weekend work is expected. Floating between departments is required. Candidates must hold a minimum of two years of experience. Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NRP is required, with STABLE being preferred. All candidates are expected to meet compliance requirements in a timely manner. Reference checks will be needed, including one from a supervisor. AHA certifications must be completed prior to the start date. Candidates must successfully complete labs and appointment requirements within 48 hours of signing. There will be a requirement for bedside shift reporting, utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding on all nursing units. Failure to provide required items in a timely manner may impact the start date.
