Pay Information: $15,360 per week No Holiday Pay or overtime rates
note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are
not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can
cancel at any time for any reason w/o penalty) - Worksite Type:
Government; VA Health Care - Work Schedule: Mon - Thursday 4p-8am
and Friday - Mon 4pm-8am - 7 on/7 off required or Week on two weeks
off - Staff Information: Staffed with mid level support - Patient
Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program
admissions. Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps
explained (within the last 6 months) -Names/numbers of 3 references
-U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked
within the last 6 months - Privileging Details: Timeline: 6 weeks
List Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus
(Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS
Fingerprints/background check is - Board Certification
Requirements: Certified or Eligible - EMR: CPRS system - License
State: Any State License accepted - Worksite Information: 388 bed
