Job Description:
Fairview is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Adult
Psychiatrist to join our growing inpatient team at the newly opened
Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. This
state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health hospital was
purpose-built to support patients with acute mental health needs in
a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. As our
program continues to expand, physicians have the opportunity to
help shape scheduling, workflow, and clinical program development
in collaboration with engaged hospital leadership. Compensation &
Benefits - Base salary: $347,000 - Sign-on bonus - Relocation
assistance - $5,000 annual CME allowance - Comprehensive health,

Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Adult Inpatient Psychiatry - Structured,
team-based coverage model ensuring 24/7 continuity of care - Shared

Multidisciplinary treatment teams including nursing, therapy, and
social work - Participation in daily interdisciplinary rounds -

committed to physician well-being Scheduling continues to evolve as
the team grows, with a focus on flexibility and maintaining
manageable inpatient volumes. Qualifications - MD or DO from an
accredited medical school - Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Psychiatry - Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure - Experience
in inpatient psychiatry preferred - Fellowship training in
Addiction Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, Pain Medicine, or
Hospice & Palliative Medicine welcomed
