Performance Foodservice, a leader in the food distribution industry, is looking for a dedicated and efficient Night Shift Warehouse Support member to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of food and food-related products in our logistic operations. The ideal candidate will work in our dynamic warehouse environment, assisting with order picking, inventory management, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse space. Picking orders accurately according to company procedures. Handling and moving products effectively and safely using material handling equipment. Carrying out inventory controls to ensure accuracy in order and stock levels. Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and complying with safety regulations. Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize warehouse operations. Reporting any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the warehouse supervisor. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy merchandise. Efficiency in handling logistics and inventory software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift Operator certification is preferred.
