Job Description:

replacement, as a Paid Trainee in our Training & Development
department. This unique position offers on-the-job training in our
state-of-the-art techniques, providing you an opportunity to learn
from some of the best technicians in the industry. As part of our
training program, you will gain hands-on experience and develop
skills necessary for a successful career in automotive glass repair
and replacement, all while earning a competitive wage. Attend and
successfully complete all assigned training programs and
assessments. Work alongside experienced technicians to learn auto
glass repair and replacement techniques. Follow all safety
guidelines as outlined by Safelite and industry standards. Assist
in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Provide
outstanding customer service during in-shop and mobile service
appointments. Apply learned skills under supervision to complete
assigned tasks accurately and timely. Basic mechanical and
technical aptitude. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow
instructions and learn quickly. Excellent interpersonal and
customer service skills. Capability to work in a fast-paced,
