Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in assembly operations, is seeking a dedicated Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembly Location: Osceola, WI Pay Range: $17/hr Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:45am - 4:15pm, with 3-day weekends What's the Job? Perform assembly operations using power tools and hand tools to construct products Ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times Assist team members as needed to meet production goals What's Needed? Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and quality control Good communication and teamwork skills What's in it for me?
