Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and meet sales goals will directly impact our success.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Communication - Build strong relationships with distribution partners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and responsive support via phone and email. Sales Execution & Lead Development - Identify customer needs, qualify leads, recommend solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed individual targets. Product Knowledge & Presentation - Stay informed on product features and updates to confidently explain and present solutions that meet customer needs. CRM & Sales Process Management - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support an organized, efficient sales workflow from lead to close.Requirements: What We're Looking For1+ year of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or a related customer-facing sales role (preferred)Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field-or equivalent experience (preferred)Experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment (preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent phone presence and a customer service mindsetHighly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilitiesMotivated by goals and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentReady to make an impact?If you're passionate about sales growth, building customer relationships, and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
