Social Worker opportunity is available for a temporary assignment
in Hopkins, MN, covering a 0.9 FTE position from early April
through early May 2026. This role supports students facing social,
emotional, and behavioral challenges that affect their academic
performance in an onsite school setting. Key responsibilities
include: - Delivering direct and indirect social work services to
students with diverse needs - Assisting students whose social or
emotional issues may hinder learning - Carrying out special
education due process tasks and serving as an administrative
designee on IEP teams - Facilitating meetings, documenting notes,
and completing required paperwork - Collaborating closely with
staff members, families, and administration to promote student
success This short-term position involves FMLA leave coverage and
lasts approximately five weeks. The ideal candidate will hold a
Bachelors degree in education or a related field and possess a
valid School Social Worker license from the Minnesota Department of
Education. Previous experience working in school settings is
preferred. This travel assignment provides the chance to impact
